1. Understanding the Need

Legal Leaders Insurance approached me looking for more than just a website—they wanted a full digital system that could manage signups, support communication, offer client resources, and grow with their business. My goal was to create a seamless experience for both their team and their members.


 

2. Building the Foundation

I built a clean, user-friendly website that introduces their services and makes it easy for potential clients to take the next step. On the back end, I connected the website with Zoho CRM using a signup form. This form captures client details and sends them directly into the CRM, where the team can easily manage each person’s journey.


 

3. Creating a Client Portal

To improve member experience, I created a secure client portal. This space gives members access to their information and resources in one place. It adds professionalism to the brand and streamlines how the business supports its clients.


 

4. Developing the Online School

Legal Leaders also wanted to empower their members through education. I built an online school platform tailored for legal and labour law learning. This learning hub allows members to access lessons, materials, and track their progress, helping the company deliver more value at scale.


 

5. Enhancing the CRM and Automations

While I wasn’t tasked with building the CRM from scratch, I assisted in shaping its architecture and led the development of key automations. These include follow-up tasks, internal reminders, and workflows that reduce manual work and help the team stay responsive.


 

6. Smart Chat, Smarter Communication

I integrated a chat agent using Zoho SalesIQ’s Zobot. This agent engages website visitors, answers questions, and directs them to the right services. Then I took it a step further—integrating the chatbot with WhatsApp Business API.

To make this happen, I coded custom functions that allow the WhatsApp AI agent to retrieve and use real-time data from the CRM during chats. This gives clients a more personal, helpful, and immediate experience.
